Mon Panache is a place for words that matter. These terms are short because the promise is simple.
Using Mon Panache
You may use Mon Panache to write, seal, and share letters with the people who matter to you. You agree not to use it to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm anyone, and not to send letters to people who have asked you to stop.
Your words remain yours
You keep every right to the letters you write. By sharing a letter you grant us only the technical permission needed to store it and display it to the people you share it with. We claim nothing else.
What we cannot promise
Mon Panache is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and to keep your letters safe, including daily backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will note it on this page before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Mon Panache after that means you accept the new terms.
